Description of Requirement
Description of Roles and Responsibilities (project background, technologies), duties and tasks
• Manage 3-5 small-medium projects simultaneously;
• Strong PM abilities and experience;
• Adhering to scope, schedule, and budget constraints;
• Experience and understanding of system development lifecyle for an application development team;
• Experience managing Java application projects
• Ability to implement strong processes in a challenging development environment;
• Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus;
• Exposure to working with offshore resources is a plus;
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to present at executive level.
