Job Description:

We are seeking a Paris based Marketing and Communications Coordinator for our client in the Oil and Gas Industry. This is a permanent position based in France with a salary of €30,000 - €40,000 based on experience.Role and Responsibilities: Manage all internal and external communication and marketing for the company Promote the company through digital media campaigns and manage the media plan Support teams for regional and corporate eventsRepresent the company at events and exhibitionsUpdate internal and external documents and maintain the websiteBe responsible for special templates (letterheads etc) The ideal candidate for the Marketing and Communications Coordinator role will Hold a Diploma or Degree in communication or marketing Possess at least two years experience in oil and gas or construction industries. Be bilingual French/English both written and verbal Be able to work across all aspects of the business and coordinate suppliers and external agencies Demonstrate business acumen, the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlinesThe successful candidate for the Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be a member of the Sales and Marketing team and be responsible for communication, advertising, marketing, exhibitions and media.
