Job Description:
SAJO is a leading general contractor and project management firm specializing in interior retail construction. SAJO is also a full service retail fixture resource firm that supplies value engineering, prototyping, manufacturing and rollout management internationally.

SAJO is in search of dynamic individuals for the position of Coordinator in Retail Construction.

Candidates should be graduates from a technical school, college or university, with a major in either engineering or architecture or alternatively, have the equivalent experience.

The primary responsibilities of the position are to ensure customer satisfaction, compile and negotiate optimal job costs, ensure quality and on-time delivery of all projects and maintain all pertinent documentation.

Candidates are required to have good oral and written communication in both French and English. Computer proficiency is required in MS Office and MS Project. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, be multi-task oriented, autonomous and eager to learn. As well, they must have good management and interpersonal skills and be available to do some travel.
Essential requirements Knowledge or experience in project management Solid skills in time and people management Have strong IT skills and in particular MS Office and MS Project Bilingualism Be skilled in plan reading Be skilled in estimation Be skilled in negotiating with sub-trades Be skilled in planning, scheduling and executing all phases of the projects Ensure job quality      Establish solid relations with clients, sub-trades and superintendents Perform administrative tasks such as obtention of permits and insurances as well as maintain all necessary documentation Communicate on a regular basis with clients and client representatives
