Oakville Ontario is seeking first rate Developers to join their Agile development team. This is truly an opportunity

On the .NET Side:
This client is seeking people with 5+ years experience in .NET 3.5/4.0 including C#, expertise within SOA
architectural patterns, Web Services, MSMQ, SQL Server and WCF. They want developers who have
middleware development experience and are looking for experience and skills in MVC or MVP, WPF (Windows
Presentation Foundation) coupled with strong design patterns JMS, MSMQ, ActivmQ (messaging) experience
as well. They are also quickly making moves to include a mix of Linux, Java, J2EE, Android etc.
On the Java side:
This client is seeking people with 5+ years experience in J2EE including ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)
Technology (Mule, or others), expertise within N-Tier SOA architectural patterns, BPEL or similar and W3C. The
ideal Java developer will have experience with: JMS XML MVS and/or MVP, J-unit testing Easymock & design
Patterns. Things like WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere, Glassfish are really nice to have as is Eclipse. Version
control experience is a must have and frameworks may include Hibernate or Spring. Ideally experience with
Java version JDK 6/7, J2EE version 1.3 or higher and Web Services EJB version 3+ will be part of your
background and they are also hoping to see knowledge in UML and HL7 if possible.
They are looking for talented developers who are eager to take on new challenges, to deliver their expertise and
to contribute their ideas with an entrepreneurial attitude. If you enjoy coding and like to try new / ‘think-outsidethe-
box’ ideas and approaches then this is probably the ideal environment for you. Basically, they want
developers who get excited about development.

Note: This is the same organization I mentioned earlier in Oakville that is hiring 40 QA positions. According to Lucas this organization is undergoing rapid growth and expansion and is looking to boost it employee base from 250 to approx 1000 by the end of 2012.
